Organise and manage hiring of hall for permanent weekly hire and one off hire events.

Coordination of mowing roster and garden care days (2 per year) + Coordination of Hall maintenance and minor repairs. Liasing with Leaders and Group Committee.

Store Person
A checklist of activity supplies (ie: stationary, paints, brushes etc) will be provided by leaders. The person is to maintain and purchase supplies on this list on a Bi-monthly basis (approx. twice per term).

Grants Officer
To investigate and pursue organisations to receive grants to help with Scout Hall Maintenance, Supplies and Jamboree/Cuboree Funds.
